On this week’s podcast our special guest is Jacqui Brassey. Jacqui Brassey is co-leader at the McKinsey Health Institute, a Senior Expert People and Organization Performance at McKinsey & Company, fellow researcher at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam,
Adjunct Professor at IE University in Madrid and Supervisory Board Member Save the Children NL.
Jacqui is the co-author of the book ‘Authentic Confidence’. She wrote it together with Nick van Dam and Arjen van Witteloostuijn.
In order to write this book they researched the topic confidence extensively.
Caroline’s conversation with Jacqui is about the meaning of authentic confidence, how you too can get authentic confidence
and how you can use your authentic confidence to become a more authentic leader.

Jacqui has lived and worked in five countries (the Netherlands, United Kingdom, Belgium, Italy and currently Luxembourg) and is originally from the Netherlands.
